Next Level Blueprint and Next Level Journey offers churches a path forward

Every pastor carries a vision for the church God has entrusted to them. But between sermon prep, hospital visits, and meetings, that vision can get buried under the day’s urgent demands.

What if you had a clear path forward, one that fits where your church is right now?

The Baptist Resource Network offers two tools: Next Level Blueprint and Next Level Journey.

Next Level Blueprint is simple by design. It isn’t cumbersome. It’s easy to use and rewarding to work through, made for the pastor who needs traction, not another binder on the shelf.

Blueprint helps you focus on a few key ministries and ask, “What does a preferred future look like here?” Then set goals, one, three, or even five years out, and break them into 90-day steps your team can take to achieve them.

Blueprint helps you envision what you can do right now. Clear goals. Short steps. Real momentum.

For some churches, the need runs deeper, and Next Level Journey is a full assessment and strategic reset.

Journey walks your leadership through a thoughtful process.

First, look honestly at the journey so far.

Next, dream about what could and should be and shape a new or updated strategic framework.

Then, build a blueprint for the road ahead.

Along the way, evaluate your processes and organizational systems so your structure supports your mission.

And finally, implementation. Turn the plan into practice.

Journey helps you dream, organize, and build a new foundation for your church’s future, while Blueprint supports the plan along the way.

Two tools. One purpose.

Blueprint helps you move forward now. Journey helps you rethink and rebuild what’s next.

Whichever fits your church, BRN is ready to walk alongside you, because our vision is to see every church become a healthy, multiplying church.
