Send Relief Serve Tour coming to Philadelphia!
Send Relief has launched an exciting new missional experience with events in cities across the United States and around the world, and you’re invited!
Send Relief has identified communities’ most pressing needs by partnering with churches, local organizations and government officials. The insight these experts have provided creates a unique opportunity for volunteers to have the most transformative impact possible through various community building projects. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to serve these cities in Jesus’ name, so Send Relief staff will provide team trainings, prayer guides, debriefings and rallies to help encourage volunteers in their next step on mission.
You have two ways to engage in this missions experience.
1).
We are excited to have you join us as we partner together to serve others and share the gospel on September 15-16, 2023. Local pastors and leaders from Baptist Resource Network of Pennsylvania/South Jersey are partnering with Send Relief to find numerous different ways your team can serve the most vulnerable in Philadelphia area, schools, bivocational pastors and churches being revitalized/planted.
Hotel recommendations and other housing options for groups will be sent during the end of Spring.
Registration will open during the week of July 31 for you to choose your specific project. We will have projects that are both on Friday-Saturday and Saturday only. If you sign up for early access, you will get an e-mail when registration is open so you can select the project that best fits your team’s passion and gifts.

2). RECEIVE CHURCH VOLUNTEERS TO SERVE AT YOUR CHURCH IN PHILADELPHIA.
BRN churches in Philadelphia are invited to come to an organizational meeting to learn how they can be the recipients of mission teams during the Serve Philly Tour.
You may attend a meeting on Friday, Feb. 17, 6-8 p.m., or Saturday, Feb. 18, 10 a.m.-noon, at Ezekiel Baptist Church at 5701 Grays Avenue in Philadelphia. Contact Pastor Gerald Waters (267-252-1217, proclamationcc@gmail.com) with questions. RSVP below.
