John Cope, lead pastor for Keystone Fellowship in Souderton, Pa., is one of 12 Baptist Resource Network pastors, some African American and some Anglo, who have locked arms to seek racial unity and healing. 

As a white man who grew up and now lives and ministers in predominately Black neighborhoods, where he is a minority, Josh Crans thought he had some understanding of the African American experience. But it was an eye-opening experience with a group of 12 pastors talking about race issues that he really began to understand.
