Alva Manao of Bible Church International, Philadelphia, and Robert Trice of One Hope in Absecon, N.J., are among 68 diverse members (two members from each of the 34 states and regions qualified for representation on the boards of SBC entities) to nominate members of the Committee on Nominations who will in turn, nominate trustees and members of standing committees across the SBC.
A former professor at Judson College in Marion, Alabama, and Eastern University, in Philadelphia, Boehlke served as a historian, authoring the Network’s history in the 1996 publication, "From Generation to Generation: A History of Southern Baptists in Pennsylvania/South Jersey."
