PHILADELPHIA (BRN) – Before the winter season, Truth Baptist Church in Philadelphia spent time canvasing our church neighborhood. We walked several blocks around the church.
During the walk, we stopped and had prayer in front of three churches. We were able to speak to community members and pray with people as we walked the neighborhood. We estimate that we had 50 gospel conversations total, and, even, saw some accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Additionally, we gave out hot dogs, chips and water along with tracks and Bibles. The neighbors were receptive and appreciative of all the food, fellowship and prayers.
