Youth from Watershed Church distribute blessing bags to Philadelphia, Pa., community
Students from Watershed Church in Philadelphia, Pa., partnered with the youth of Hope Church Gilbertsville to hand out more than 200 blessing bags and pray with those in their community. They also cleaned up parts of the community and passed out bottles of water!
Harvest Church, Petroleum Valley, sends mission team to West Virginia
The Harvest Church mission team traveled from Petrolia, Pennsylvania, to West Virginia earlier this week. During the week, the team will help complete community projects and run a sports camp and VBS program for elementary children. Please, pray for the mission team as they serve the people of West Virginia and share the gospel!
PBCI hosts joint worship service and picnic with guest speaker Pastor Peter Yanes
Philadelphia Bible Church International (PBCI) partnered with Renewed Bible Church at Masons Mill Park in Willow Grove, Pa., for a joint worship service and picnic. SBC Executive Director of Asian American Relations and Mobilization Peter Yanes came to worship with the churches and be the guest speaker!
Restored Church concludes second Discipleship Vision Day with a total of 138 in attendance
On July 16, Restored Church in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., wrapped up their second Discipleship Vision Day. Overall, they saw 138 pastors and leaders from 10 different states attend one of the two Discipleship Vision Days (the first was held on June 28.) Following the training sessions, a total of 49 churches have expressed interest in launching Discipleship Training Centers with The Timothy Initiative! more

BRN team directors reflect on strategic development and enjoy time of fellowship
The team of directors at the Baptist Resource Network (BRN) gathered for a team retreat earlier this week, where they gathered to pray and reflect on their past few years of strategic development. They also celebrated birthdays and Dr. Cliff Jenkins’ transition into a new role at Gateway Seminary!

Last Sunday, CareView Community Church in Lansdowne, Pa., dedicated children and celebrated God’s faithfulness. They also welcomed back the eldest member of their congregation, Deacon Henrietta LaRue, who recently recovered from a medical procedure!
Revive Community Fellowship shares Christ’s love through outreach events
Revive Community Fellowship in Tamaqua, Pa., partnered with a mission group from North Carolina to host a kid’s club and a family fun night for their community. more

Harborcreek Community Church recently invited husband and wife due, Out of the Dust, to encourage the Erie, Pa., community with their music, their story and their love for the Lord!
Several BRN churches team up to provide summer camp experience for children in Western, Pennsylvania
Zion Church campuses in Clarion, Petroleum Valley and Jefferson County collaborated with First Baptist Church of Clarion, Faithbridge Community Church in McKees Rocks and Catalyst Church in Altoona to put on Penn West Kids Camp at Little Mahoning Bible Camp in Smicksburg, Pa.
This year, a total of 88 students, ranging from third to sixth grade, attended the camp. They enjoyed five days of high-energy games, dancing, swimming, shaving cream fights and learning all about Jesus!

On Sunday July 17, Whitestown Road Baptist Church (WRBC) in Butler, Pennsylvania, baptized two new members – a husband and wife – Bob and Mary Herman.
