Teens at First Baptist Church Rochester help prepare for community egg hunt
On Saturday, April 19, First Baptist Church (FBC) of Rochester in Rochester, Pa., and seven other area churches are partnering for an egg hunt at Fernwood Christian Camp. There will be 8,000 eggs available. This past week, the teens at FBC Rochester used their weekly meeting time to fill 1,000 eggs with candy. Kristi Huggins, wife of Pastor Phil Huggins, said the evening was “overwhelmingly exceptional.” Many of the teens are unchurched and have not made a profession of faith. A young man is also being discipled through this ministry!
At the egg hunt, First Baptist Rochester also plans to have a Prayer Station available to pray with the 1,000 expected participants. Please join us in praying for FBC Rochester as they prepare to serve their community and share the Gospel!
Riverbend Community Church prayer walks local campus
On April 10, members of Riverbend Community Church in Allentown, Pa., spent time prayer walking at Lehigh University. Lehigh University is a private research school located in Bethlehem, Pa., just a few miles away from Riverbend. The church took time to explore the campus and pray for students, faculty, and the staff as the Spring semester winds down.
Bedrock Fishtown packs eggs for third annual egg hunt
Members of Bedrock Church Fishtown in Philadelphia have been busy preparing for their third annual Easter Egg Hunt. Volunteers (including some helpful kiddos!) recently took time out of their week to sort through piles of candy and pack eggs. The church will host their egg hunt on Saturday, April 19. Please join us in praying for this church family as they prepare for this outreach opportunity!
Edgewood Church works hard to prepare new worship center in time for Good Friday
Volunteers at Edgewood Church in Beaver Falls, Pa., have been working hard to create a new space for worship. Soon, the church will have a larger space where they can worship together comfortably and invite more people in their community to join them! Their first service in the new worship center is anticipated to be Friday, April 18 (Good Friday.) Please join us in praying for them as they fill this new space and prepare to welcome many with the love of Christ!
Palm Sunday includes special music and an egg hunt at West Hills Baptist Church
On Palm Sunday, West Hills Baptist Church in Coraopolis, Pa., was blessed with music from their adult choir and the excitement of little ones searching for Easter eggs! Following the worship service, the church hosted an Easter egg hunt outside for children and families. What a beautiful Sunday gathered as the body of Christ!

Ministry Milestones:
Mason Dixon Baptist Church celebrates 40 years of ministry and pouring into the next generation
On April 13, Mason Dixon Baptist Church in New Freedom, Pa., celebrated 40 years of ministry! The church was originally started in 1985 and has a long history of pouring into the next generation.
Over the years, Mason Dixon has sent out several individuals and interns to serve in ministry, 12 of which are still currently serving in vocational ministry. On Sunday, the church heard ministry updates from two of these individuals: Pastor Dave Kurtz, who serves as a *student pastor in Maryland, and Pastor Robbie Mays, who is the associate pastor of campus ministry at Big Woods Bible Church in Lock Haven, Pa. During the anniversary celebration, Mason Dixon also recognized the faithful saints (pictured below) who have been there from the start, including Lou and Helen Phillips, who had the honor of cutting the anniversary cake!
Congratulations on 40 years Mason Dixon! We are grateful for your ministry, your faithfulness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and your dedication to raising up the next generation!
