PITTSBURGH (BRN) – We took college students to Pittsburgh from five different campuses across Pennsylvania/South Jersey – Penn State, PennWest Clarion and California, Montgomery County Community College and Delaware Valley University – for the first half of Spring Break.
We connected with four non-profit organizations as well as Steel City Church and Renaissance Church during our five days in the city.
In regards to the evangelism grant funds used for this trip, we used the funds to train every student in testimony sharing and Solarium while eating pizza at the Send Relief Center in the city. BRN Next Gen Director Stanley Williams provided the training. We also made gift bags for students to pass out on Pitt’s campus. We were able to pass along contact information to Steel City Church so they could follow up with those students.
