This past weekend Send Network sponsored a leadership development retreat at the Laurelville Conference center in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania. Baptist Resource Network (BRN)/North American Mission Board (NAMB) Church Planting Director Dr. Cliff Jenkins led a group of men as they worked through NAMB’s pipeline training materials.
Seven men attended the retreat, representing churches from northwestern Pennsylvania to Atlanta, Georgia. They included: Minister James Taylor, Lighthouse Baptist Church, Breinigsville; Minister Cam Atha, Edinboro Community Church, Edinboro; Brandon Holt, Atlanta, Georgia; Marcus Reid, Oakmont; Pastor Ronnie Morris, Second Baptist Church, Blairsville; Youth Minister Craig Dawson, Rolling Hills Church; and Elder James Davis, Jr., Rolling Hills Church.
NAMB’s pipeline is available to all BRN churches for free and has three basic stages: Spiritual formation, discipleship and missional engagement. This resource is open to both women and men as a tool for spiritual growth and leadership development in the body of Christ.
