Did you know October is Pastor Appreciation Month? Pastor, every month – every day! — we appreciate you!

We recognize how complicated and challenging 2020 has been. We are sure you’ve experienced many sleepless nights, you’ve felt the loss of what used to be, and you are unsure of the future. Some of you have been able to pivot more easily and are now riding the wave of the most exhilarating ministry in your life.

NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE, YOU MATTER.

Let me say that again, no matter where you are, you matter.

The Apostle Paul put it this way in 1 Corinthians 15:58, “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”

YOUR LABOR IS NOT IN VAIN!

One moment celebrated with your family can leave a lasting memory.
One gospel conversation today can change someone’s entire life.
One decision to go all in and do whatever it takes can change an entire church.

Let me be a voice of encouragement to you today:

The enemy will not win.
You are not alone.
Jesus died for that deacon, too.
God is in control.
This too shall pass.
God is pleased with a broken and contrite heart.
God is able.

No matter where you are, you matter.
No matter who you are, you matter.

Know that we are praying for you. May God richly bless you and your ministry.
