#2- Pastors and leaders all across the BRN are invited to the second of two Discipleship Vision Days, to be held on July 16 at Restored Church in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. This full-day event is designed to be an encouraging, inspiring, and influential time that will give you discipleship resources and principles that will help you to evaluate and elevate multiplying discipleship in your church. #3- As you have heard, on June 24, in a 5-4 opinion, the high court overruled the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that struck down all state abortion bans and legalized the procedure throughout the country. Great news, but where do we go from here? On our website, the BRN has posted resources to help churches minister to those facing crisis pregnancy and to help support local pregnancy resource centers who are on the frontlines making a difference. #4- VBS season is finally here! The BRN wants to help! We have built a VBS Swap Shop, an online resource where churches can share their VBS decorations and leftover materials. Churches interested in sharing and those in need of borrowing supplies can sign up at brnunited.org/vbs-swap-shop.
#5- What are your summer evangelism plans? The Baptist Resource Network would like to help you! Churches may apply for evangelism grants specifically to support and promote outreach events and evangelistic efforts.
