FREEPORT, PA, (BRN) – On Sept. 10, 2023, Expressway Baptist Church in Freeport, Pennsylvania, hosted its 22nd annual Patriots Days Worship and Dinner.
Every year, Expressway Baptist invites firemen and women from the four different volunteer stations in our community to our church for a special dinner and a time of worship and fellowship. In 2023, we had 70 people attend the worship service and dinner.
The gospel was shared through the message shared during the worship service, and we estimate that five individual gospel conversations also occurred.
Although we do not know of anyone making a profession of faith from this event, we are hopeful that it was a blessing to the brave men and women in our community and that seeds were planted.
