EDINBORO, Pa., (BRN) – At a recent local elementary school celebration, Edinboro Community Church (ECC) in Edinboro, Pa., had the pleasure of serving lunch to the teachers and staff.
Each staff member received a gift bag containing treats and information about our church. The event provided wonderful opportunities to connect and have meaningful conversations with the teachers and staff, strengthening our community bonds. There were 60 people in attendance and at least five gospel conversations took place.
We also beautified the school grounds by planting flowers.
We use cultivating, planting and reaping as our evangelistic approach. This was a cultivating event – focused more on relationship building and making people aware of our presence in the community. Funds from a Baptist Resource Network (BRN) Evangelism Grant contributed to this event.
