Amer and Vicki Safadi weren’t sure at first that Cincinnati was where God wanted them to plant a church. They’d been there before, just after leaving the Middle East, and it hadn’t been easy.
They met the pastor of Lakota Hills Baptist Church in West Chester Township, OH, who told them his church wanted to come alongside them. And when the Safadis moved back, God immediately began putting Arabic-speaking neighbors in their path in providential ways. Within three months of planting a church, they had 55 Arabic-speaking people from eight countries, and new people continue to come through their doors each week. Their livestream ministry even reaches Arabic Christians and non-believers around the world!
THE COOPERATIVE PROGRAM is the financial fuel for reaching every person for Jesus Christ in every town, every city, every state, and every nation. Your support through the Cooperative Program and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering assists missionaries as they reach the world at our doorstep with the Gospel of Jesus.
PRAY for the Safadis to have favor with the Arabic-speaking people they meet and for God to orchestrate those meetings and that the Arabic church in Cincinnati will continue to grow in reaching its city and beyond.
