PHILADELPHIA (BRN) – Believers Bible Fellowship (BBF) in Philadelphia is pleased to have been a part of Hope 4 Philly 2023!
Hope 4 Philly is an annual event intended to share the love of Jesus and the message of the gospel to the community. The event incorporates tangible resources while sharing a message of hope in words and music.
BBF was blessed to donate a pallet of hoodies and coats, 700 hot dogs and assist with the packing of 400 bags of groceries. The collaboration and partnership with other local churches – including Great Commission Church – included the sharing of testimonies and the practical needs of the community being met in a Christ loving way.
Overall, we saw 1,000 people come out for Hope 4 Philly and we estimate that members of BBF engaged in 30 gospel conversations. We know of two individuals who came to Christ by way of hearing the gospel at this event.
Our prayer is that many who experienced the benefits of caring Christians on Sept. 9, 2023 will make a decision to live their lives for Christ and experience His love and the joy, peace and hope that comes with a relationship with Him. Thank you for allowing BBF to be a Hope 4 Philly partner in a very practical and needed way!
