BIRMINGHAM, Ala.–The Executive Board of the Woman’s Mission Union, SBC, after consulting with the two mission boards, established goals for the the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering (AAEO) and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering (LMCO) during their January Board Meeting.
The 2021 Annie Armstrong Easter Offering Goal will be $70,000,000. This is the same goal as the current 2020 goal. In 2019 the AAEO received $61,500,000 and set an all time giving record.
The 2020 theme is “It’s All About the Gospel.” Promotional Resources for the AAEO “Week of Prayer” have been mailed to your church and are available online. NAMB missionaries Rob and Annabeth Wilton serving in Pittsburgh will be featured missionaries this year.
The 2020 Goal for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering is $175,000,000. This is a $10,000,000 increase over the 2019 goal. This offering was begun 175 years ago.
One hundred percent of all monies given to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering will go directly to missionaries on the field.
