Mental Health Workshop

Stewartstown Baptist Church in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, is hosting a free Mental Health Workshop on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m., with limited seating.
This special workshop will be led by Pamela M. Ammons, MABC, BCCC and allow participants to engage in an open conversation about God and their mental health. Those attending will explore answers to questions such as:
- Why is taking care of our minds important? (Mark 12:30-31)
- How crisis, fear, or trauma affects our brains; where does God come in?
- How do I seek God when I am anxious and depressed?
- Can God be close to me if I have thoughts of suicide?
