EDINBORO, Pa., (BRN) – On Oct. 31, Edinboro Community Church (ECC) in Edinboro, Pennsylvania, hosted a trick-or-treat outreach event.
During the event, we had two houses in town that were set up with a tent and tables to hand out candy, drinks and gospel information during trick-or-treat. We used The Story Maker bracelets for kids and The Story booklet for the adults. We also handed out information about our church and invited those who stopped by to join us on a Sunday morning.
Over the course of the night, we estimate that we saw nearly 500 people and had roughly 25 gospel conversations. Although we do not know of any salvations that came from the event, we are hopeful that the gospel went forth and that our community knows that we are here for them.
