In just a few days, on October 4, we will host our Accelerate Conference, the annual gathering for the Baptist Resource Network and its Southern Baptist churches throughout Pennsylvania and South Jersey.
We are very excited about the opportunity to meet together again!
To that end, I want to share a couple key deadlines for you:
Deadline #1: Meals Registration
The deadline to preregister for meals is Sunday, September 25 at 10 p.m. After that day, you may still register for the conference, but not for any of the hotel meals. We especially urge you to preregister for dinner, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a time of worship led by Ukrainian worship leaders, Sasha and Vita Livantsov of Voices of Ukraine. Please note: A love offering will be taken to help purchase coats for Ukrainian refugees. Registrants will also have the opportunity to gather winter supplies (hats, gloves and scarfs) to be sent to Ukraine.
We are also excited to welcome back, SEVEN, the worship team comprised of students from Messiah University. They have been such a blessing to us!
Before I forget: there is one meals registration item to note: If you plan on attending the Woven Women’s Breakout Session, you must purchase lunch, as that is happening through the conference’s lunch hour.
Deadline #2: Conference PreRegistration
The deadline to preregister for the conference is Wednesday, September 28. If you miss this registration opportunity, please feel free to register at the door, starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 4.
To remind you, this all-day gathering will be at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel in Harrisburg. The day will begin with a brief business session at 9 a.m., followed by a full day of worship and engaging conference content.
