No Vacancy tells the story of a jaded reporter who is demoted to a rural news bureau but finds her cynicism slowly transformed when she befriends a recovering addict while working a story about a church struggling to purchase a motel to help homeless families.

T.C. Stallings is a former professional football player as well as an actor. He starred in the Kendrick Bros. film War Room, which grossed $28M the first two weeks at the box office as well as several other films.

First Baptist Leesburg is a nationally recognized model for community impact and has been featured in several documentaries including the 2018 documentary Come Alive and journalistic stories by M6, the largest television network in France, as well as Japan’s national network Nippon Television. After making a decision to help the needy in their community instead of building a new church the congregation finds itself at a desperate juncture during the Great Recession of 2008 when a local motel becomes available. An Orlando Sentinel reporter, the church and a recovering addict all find their lives and stories intertwined in this epic battle to purchase a motel and convert it into a shelter for homeless families.
The Samaritan Inn is an actual location and has been featured in eight different news stories by Orlando ABC Affiliate WFTV Channel 9 and is a real motel converted into use for homeless families that stays full every night.
