Thank you for your interest in the Harrisburg Mission House. The house is available for mission teams and volunteers staying in Pennsylvania or simply traveling through the state.
About the House
The house has one bunk room and eight bedrooms, and sleeps 25 people total. We do our best to accommodate your team with the lodging of your choice; however, not all rooms are available at all times depending on reservation schedules. The meeting room in the house can be reserved for meetings based on availability. We have full kitchen facilities and washer/dryer appliances available for use.

Rooms/Rates
The Harrisburg Mission House can be reserved in the following ways:
- Meeting Room Only
- An Individual reservation can be made by a single person, a couple, or a family unit. This reservation can be made for a family unit up to three (3) rooms. (Individual reservations needing 4+ rooms will automatically be considered a Whole House Group. See below.)
- Group reservations are teams or individuals within the same group, etc. This reservation can be made in two ways:
- Partial House reservation – no more than three (3) rooms
- Whole House reservation – all rooms with the exception of the BRN Team room, unless arrangements are made for a wheelchair bound individual. You must call the BRN to request this room.

If the dates you are requesting are available, we also ask all groups/individuals to review and sign our HMH Building Use Policy and the Communicable Disease Release prior to their stay. A reservation fee is also required in order to hold your request (see Suggested Contributions below for reservation fee amount). Priority of Use
The Harrisburg Mission House is available for teams and individuals in the following priority (first to least):
- BRN functions, meetings, staff, facility repair, or any other BRN sanctioned event.
- Churches, groups, or organizations that work or act in cooperation with the BRN or the SBC.
- Sub-ministries of the groups referenced above.
- Other Kingdom initiatives (other Christian groups or individuals).
Suggested Contributions
Rooms/Rates
Please refer to the link above to see the suggested contributions for your stay. The reservation fee is a one-time fee for reserving lodging space and is in addition to the per-night cost in consideration of reserving the house for your stay.
